[Tig] HD and SD dailies parallel transfer

Jim,

Isn't the 6 Hz pulse only needed if you are doing Dual Sync SD HD 
transfers in a 23.98 HD / 59.94 SD environment? If you are doing 
European 25/50 transfers, there is no 6 HZ pulse needed.
