[Tig] How to make a DCI Digital Cinema Distribution Master DCDM

DCI Spec V1.0D was released in July 2005. Be concerns of the DCI Digital
Cinema Distribution Master (DCDM), it defines that 2K DCDM shall be
2048x1080 JPEG2000 12bit X'Y'Z', does anyone know about how to make a 2K
resolution, 12bit X'Y'Z' content for a D-Cinema Encoder to compress it into
JPEG2000. As far as I know, there is no HD tape drive or color correction
system, hard disk recorder could do this kind of job. Or maybe I am wrong,
does anyone know about any system related with post production supports
12bit XYZ?
