While it is a worthy goal to preserve and restore films so that people
may be able to enjoy and learn from them them years later, most people
do not have access to Library of Congress archives. Is there any plan
to eventually make the archives available to the general public (for a
fee) via the Internet or by fee-based production of high definition
optical media?
