[Tig] GoogleMaps included in TIG wiki

I've included code for GoogleMaps in the TIG wiki, such that if you
edit a page, at the top of the edit box underneath the style icons
is a link "make a map" that will guide you through the process of
including a GoogleMap (satellite, road, or hybrid) at various levels
of detail, into whichever wiki page you're editing. An example can
be found in the TIG wiki TODO page, where I've created a map that
shows the neighborhood where I lived for 8 years, a stone's throw away
from TIG subscriber Bob Kertesz' home and from DP Allen Daviau's.
see:
http://www.colorist.org/wiki3/index.php/TODO for this example.
Note: to create a map you'll need to use the latest Internet Explorer
or Firefox, they include the java code necessary.

You won't see the "make a map" option until you try to edit a page,
for which you need to be a registered wiki user; clicking on 'edit'
will guide you through that process as well.
