[Tig] Are we getting "Double Post Syndrome" again?

that's right Jeff, somehow the original mail was sent to two  
different, valid
TIG addresses, and the replies went to those two different  
addresses .. the
list software should have caught the dupes but because one is  
labelled "The
New TIG" perhaps that fooled the system.
