:] I was not aware of an online version as I tend to use my  
microscopic two-volume edition in (horror) book form.  But it's in
storage in Pico Rivera CA US and I'm living in Sao Paulo Brasil, so  
maybe I should look into the online OED that you mention.
Man I do miss my books, which just about fill a shipping container  
there in Pico Rivera (which is a place no resident of Los Angeles
every will admit to having visited).
