[Tig] 3rd World, big iron, long hours

Hi Pascal,

I got French logs once and they were "3rd World" indeed but with some
twist. Each camroll started at full hour TC. My impression is French
negative cutters work from EDL's so it makes sense.

So judging from your and Joe Owen's answers making a Scene&Take log
is an extra hour at the transfer. Let's make it two hours to be safe.
Preparing an hour of footage for cutting - capturing, syncing,
sorting, is 10 to 16 hours depending on the average length of the
takes. With a "3rd World" log it is at least twice as many hours.
Interesting.

Thank you, guys.
