I am shocked that Peter Swinson would choose an inferior lossy format 
like JPEG when he could have chosen a superior non-lossy format like 
PNG.  Maybe the problem is that the image is only a 4K image when it 
should have been sampled to at least 6K across in order to avoid 
distortion. ;-)

The file is only 351.2k when converted to PNG format.  I will be happy 
to provide it to you if you like.
