[Tig] GraphicsMagick and Kodak Cineon format

As some of you are aware, GraphicsMagick's Kodak Cineon (.cin) writer
has been broken for a long time. I spent a day this past weekend to
find out why and to fix the writer. It turns out that the reason for
brokenness was simple, but the complete writer was junk so I rewrote
it from scratch so it preserves metadata and provides maximum
interoperability with SMPTE DPX. This way as much header information
as possible is passed when translating back and forth between .dpx and
.cin formats.

As soon as the Cineon support passes all of its tests, then I will
create a new snapshot. In the mean time the latest source code is in
GraphicsMagick CVS. There seems to be some incremental data loss when
GraphicsMagick is built to support 8-bit samples, but (apparently) not
when it is built to support 16-bit samples. Data loss is not
acceptable for any source snapshot.

I am looking for a few brave volunteers capable of compiling
GraphicsMagick from source code to help me test and prove the Cineon
support in GraphicsMagick so that it is something which can be
completely relied upon.

Thanks,

Bob
