I've not been to Quantel for a year or two, but yes, they definitely  
still make all their own boards, and incredibly complex they are too.  
Five years ago they were up to 12 layers on a single board, so heaven  
knows what they do now.

Deeply off topic but interesting nonetheless, Quantel is based in an  
old aircraft factory that made Spitfires during the war.
