At the same time, NTSC TV officially dies in 2009 and digital TV is 
emerging quite quickly, and primarily the HDTV almost-2k-variety. 
Here in Dallas the number of HD advertisements has started to catch up 
with low-def and some of the news programming is glorious HD.

This is the new era of re-targetable content which needs to work on 
anything from a 320x200 to 4K display.
