Except that only Tek and Omnitek (as far as I know - please correct me if
I'm wrong) produce a scope that can accept a 2048x1080 HD-SDI dual-link
signal.

A must if you have a piece of DI kit that can output dual-link 2048x1080
HD-SDI which then goes on to feed a DCinema projector (which in turn accepts
2048x1080 dual link signals).

Then you can view and monitor your underlying 2K scans, pixel-for-pixel.

I'm surprised the amount of DI kit out there that can only output a
1920x1080 dual link HD-SDI signal for monitoring a 2K scan - best way to
soften up an image ;-)
