[Tig] a new telecine suite

A friend who is building a new telecine suite and asked me
the following question, which I thought perhaps someone
here on the TIG could help with.   Any data or reference much
appreciated, it will also be a part of the FAQ update on the TIG
wiki.

"We are building a new telecine suite here and have been
searching for the proper suite specs. ie, monitor distance,
surround lighting.  Do you know where I could find this info."
