[Tig] a new telecine suite

Sony wrote up a PDF titled "The Basics of Monitor Technology" that  
I've referenced often for these types of questions. Specifically, in  
the "Before Using the Monitor" section they list specifics for  
illumination, viewing distance, wall color, and viewing angle. Their  
recommendations seem to fall in line with all the other  
recommendations I've read on this topic, and it's one of the most  
concise and well-written documents I've seen on monitor technologies.
