To all:
Just a minute now. I recall that to avoid having to deal with a NEW 60P
frame timecode standard, that we would just use 29.97 timecode with TC
f1/f2 being used to select even and odd frames of 60 frame code (just
like when doing 2:3 editing).
So yes we still refer to TC fields, but they just identify the Least
Significant Bit of 60P frame numbers. 00:01:00:00.0 or 00:01:00:00.1

Nadeem,
There is no fault here. 720P is a progressive format and has no field 2.
Its all one frame. That's what progressive is all about, no fields, just
frames. I hope this helps.
