[Tig] the spamless TIG

In its 15 years of existence, the TIG has been virutally free
of spam.  Two times that I can remember a spam has been
propagated, which in the total message count of more than
15 thousand is a ratio too small to count.  If your company
or your personal business has any advantage to gain, in the
past or future, from the TIG mailinglist or TIG wiki, please
contact rob at colorist.org to arrange a contribution.  The TIG
incurs costs monthly and is supported only through company
and personal contributions.  Thank you in advance.
