may I argue that color correction or grading may be an industry, but
it is certainly an art, and to standardize an art is to suffocate
it. Infrastructure, such as file formats, networking protocols, and
image display specifics can be standardized, but the means to get
there, let it be determined by the best software, which is free to
express its means not necessarily according to someone else's goals.
