[Tig] Password for Sony SRW-5000

Hi,

we got a Sony SRW-5000 connected via Internet, we could access the
configuration page trough the browser but the password is invalid.

A Sony rep in Montreal suggest us to use login Admin and password srw-5000,
I try several combination without success.

The VCR menu doesn't show anything about resetting the password.

A hard reset may solve the problem but we got several presets that we want
to keep.

Did anyone had a trick to reset the password ?
