[Tig] dV 2k+ : Scene-by-Scene Clips, Legalizer

system: daVinci 2k+ Defocus, 2 Power Tiers.

in Format Mode, softpanel shows "Scene By Scene Clips" and the ways of  
the knobs below work in non-obvious ways.   Does anyone use these and  
what are they for?

Is the Legalizer board controllable by the user?
