Instead of telecining to 60i, why don't you do it to 23.98psf? You've
then got a tape which can generate 60i by playing it in a VTR with a 3:2
pulldown option, or you can set the machine to 50i output and it will
simply speed it up by 4%.

Does someone know how to convert the 60i to the PAL, we telecine the
film into the HD 60i format, without considering the resolution, how can
we transform 60i into PAL format?
