Hi cem,
I'm Quique Cañadas, from Barcelona. Sorry for my english (I'm learning)
About your question, I'm sorry, but I think that the first mistake was shooting a snow movie on HD. I understand that the camera was 4:2:2, then the levels of information in the high lights must be critical. My sugestion is simple: try to recover all the possible information, and make a extreme look, in other words, if you can't do a classical color grading with success, make something like "Domino", you know, work over the error. For this, with Lustre you can work lineal material like logarithmic: only with this first step you could obtain a particular look.
