I have put together a seminar at at Duart , NYC , this Feb. 7 where
part of the event, is comparing different medium photographed a common
wide latitude , cover the bases scene. Vision 3, 7219, XDCAM EX, F900R ,
RED 2K & 4K. The film was transferred on a Spirit classic, both using
the Kodak TCS system with the new 7219 Lut and w/o. to 1080/23, 422
HDCAM SR . It was then cut together uncompressed with the other cameras
, filmed out 35 and projected digitally from the SR master on the Sony
4K projector.
We are still working to finish things up for the event. What I can say
up to this point that the results we got with the 7219 are not same as
what I saw at the vision 3 Kodak screening in NYC a month ago. If you
are close to NY, I invite you to come and take a look for your self.
Check out our website under NEWS and there is a link to rsvp to the free
event.
In this case a picture is a 1000 words ......
