[Tig] glasses for grading

I am having a little trouble finding lenses for glasses that are suitable for grading. It seems there is a choice between reflective (reflections + drop in luminance = bad) and anti-reflective (slight magenta colour cast = bad). Now, although colour adaptivity should help to dial out this colourcast, the fact that some green light from my work is not hitting my eye concerns me. Apparently the colourcast varies depending on the manufacturer of the lenses, so does anyone have any recommendations?
