>I am having a little trouble finding lenses for glasses that are suitable for grading. It seems there is a choice between reflective (reflections + drop in luminance = bad) and anti-reflective (slight magenta colour cast = bad). Now, although colour adaptivity should help to dial out this colourcast, the fact that >some green light from my work is not hitting my eye concerns me. Apparently the colourcast varies depending on the manufacturer of the lenses, so does anyone have any recommendations?

Hey Adam,
I've been doing grading for a few years now.
The secret is to go bionic.
Laser eye surgery is what differentiates my color from the rest.
You've got to use every technological tool at your disposal to keep these young kids from nipping at your heels :)
Honestly, after a few years, you will notice that your vision will feel most natural at monitor depth, the focal length between your eyes and your suites display.
Best,
Bob
