[Tig] wiki chat

the wiki chat appears to have some cool options, and
is like a _mode_ in the wiki; when you enter chatspace,
that space is made available to you across the whole
TIG wiki, so that you can hit 'chat' from the top menu
and see what you've posted/chatted, ad infinitum.

I haven't yet figured out all the options which are there
on the chat interface, icons for god knows what.

I only insert the code and configure the server, the code
itself was written by an open-source contributor, and it
looks quite nice.
