[Tig] antenna work may be good business

Federal law trumps local covenants.

That is why there is full protection via federal law up to 12 feet 
above the roof-line.  Beyond that, you may need to demonstrate that 
the extra height is required.  If the extra height is required and you 
are within the defined broadcast region, then you still have 
protections as long as the antenna is deemed safe.

My own antenna is on a 36' mast which probably places it at something 
like 19 feet above the roof line.  No one has complained.  See

Antennas are a great thing and we need more of them.  We also need 
more clotheslines strung up between buildings like in the good old 
days.
