I'm in the shade of the 4th street hill in Santa Monica, and we get pretty
good DTV reception at the studio. Analog is atrocious. Our OTA antenna is
pointed at a large east-facing wall on an upper floor, so we're actually watching
the multipath. Works well unless it's very cloudy. I guess where I started out
with this is that in LA at least, most people are going to get significantly
better service with ATSC than they had with NTSC. That's certainly been my
experience.
