When I first read about this material (a month ago) I thought about 
how it might revitalize rear-projection TV.  The dynamic range of 
rear-projection TV can be improved considerably through use of more 
effective light absorbers so that blacks can be blacker.  Everything 
depends on how much this stuff costs and how available it is.
