[Tig] Film Scanner

Quick perusal of the website reveals that this is an industrial
motion-analysis tool that extremely briefly and superficially
mentions that it does support Keykode, but it would take a very
determined (bluntly: re-engineered) effort to make it work in the
motion picture industry. It has no on-board storage, relies on line-
scan constant motion, produces about one 4096x2208 image every 1.9
sec. It reminds me vaguely of the Krinsetta (Kreines-kinetta) paper
scanner.

The real giveaway is that it supports "all military and automotive
formats".... So this would be really good for all that air-to-air
missile research that you're doing... oh, and the crash-test-dummy
work to prove out that new passive restraint system for your old
Beemer, that doesn't already have one... but then, you'd have to
crash the car to produce the high-speed film to put on this
scanner... but you could scan it at 4K!
