I hope that you are OK, we meet at a trainning course for Edit Box/Hal in LA several year ago, now I am helping Miguel and his brother to solve this problem, I hope you can sent to me the instructions to gain more solutions about.

Description:
The very first and original problem was, that I can't reproduce or play clips newly recorded and the ones already on memory, I only get a magenta color, while the time line cursor is running forward.

I did a Verify to show a problem but I only get: 

-CPU Card 2 Test Failed

-Verify aborted

-End of file

-G interpreter: leftover frame on stack.



There is no message on menu monitor showing a fault or any other notification; and I did a format to disk # 0 and then a Initialize # 0, to begin with new parameters, after loading version 9.0, but all of this can't be done, Henry is resenting in a continuous way, I have only knowledge about Dylan diagnostics procedure with CRTL + T keys, but now I don't known what to do, to either, format in a right way video and system disks or know which one is bad for replacement.

I really feel sorry, let me tell you the whole story:

I was trying to fix this Henry machine but, none was successful, I did:

Change boot for locations 1 and 2, (taken boot locations from MO system disk)

Dismount dive # 0

Restore it

Turn it off and on several times

But results were the same all the times (regarding playback for recorded video)

So; I did a format for drive # 0, (bad luck), now; I can not make the disk # 0 become mounted, it is reporting that:

Cannot create tag file: interest data: $ 0 not mounted,

I tried:

Format hard disk # 0

Initialize it

But this is a problem, now I don't pass from a loop trough booting.

Please, can you help me to solve this situation; system is running with version 9.0

In other words, system disk is blank and there is no way to format, initialize and reload Henry program on it. And remember the original problem, can't do playback on old and/or new recorded video.

And in my opinion; this machine can not be monitored by modem, only after getting the system disk reloaded and ready for diagnostics.
