[Tig] Grading Facilities table

we once had a table, in one of the older wikis, for World-Wide  
Telecines.  It was fairly successful for far-flung facilities that  
might otherwise not have been known.

It was suggested to me that we start a new table, this time called  
'Grading Facilities,' and open it up to editing by any TIG wiki  
user.   So it is established at
http://tig.colorist.org/wiki3/index.php/Facilities

with instructions and a pointer to a place where you can try out your  
edits (it's pretty easy however).  To edit the table log in as your  
TIG wiki user (have to require this so the bots don't spam it) - if  
you've forgotten your wiki user name and password just create a new  
one.  Then click on "edit table" below the table, and use the "Add  
data" button; "Revert Table to saved" if you want to discard changes;  
"Rotate Table" to shift it to vertical; "Edit Headings" to change the  
format of the table; and, if you find later you misspelled a name or  
need to add or delete something from your carefully-constructed table  
record, use the "Edit" button to the right of the cells.

This could be a really powerful resource for colorists, facilities,  
manufacturers, etc. in many ways, participation is gladly accepted and  
encouraged.
