[Tig] National Film Board of Canada: Telecine gear 'dying'

"But to pay for new equipment and new methods of sending films across  
digital platforms, the NFB has had to cut its operating budget and  
allocate that money to capital costs, Perlmutter explained. Even the  
Telecine equipment the NFB uses every day to transfer films to digital  
formats is "at the point of dying," he said."
