If the objective is to create the ultimate quality archive master,  
then 4:4:4 RGB is a desirable option.  If its just to create a  
dubbing master, then its probably not totally necessary.  The  
standard RGB-YCbCr conversions are going to come into play, and, of  
course, the good old 709 --> 601 gamma space, which any good Frame  
Conversion should take care of.
