[Tig] where.. neutral review RED?

you are locked into their software, which is all available freely on
their website.   most of it works on both platforms that most of the
world uses (mac/windows) but some of it is OSX only.  it's OK by me
because i finally switched to using a mac most of the time.

they are also working on an SDK which once finished will allow
developers access to their raw data.
they have not done it until now because their spec wasn't done.  from
my understanding, their latest efforts on their firmware create a more
concrete spec.  this is why they can work on an sdk.

hopefully all the systems and software we all use will be able to read
and write this format within months.
