[Tig] TIG conference (forum) area

A new conferencing web section of the TIG is functioning that  
hopefully makes it easier for participation by members/subscribers  
than the wiki has been; the wiki and this conferencing system will be  
merged at some point.

There are so many social networking sites now, all requiring profiles  
and registration... this is fairly easy to register and you don't need  
a profile if you don't want one, etc.

The initial structure is this:

Categories:

1) support                -> general (requests for help)

2) color grading      -> general (miscellaneous)
                                    -> monitoring

3) announcements -> product
                                    -> events

I hope this proves useful, as a model of a "pull" mechanism for  
communication.
As soon as possible there will be an RSS feed for this that could feed  
into the TIG
mailinglist, which will continue in its present form.
