I used to work for a facility in London and we had 2 of these....we had
terrible problems with the same issues ( and I have pictures to prove it)

We got them sorted out after 4 MONTHS of to a fro, including a threat of
legal action if I dared say or post anything anywhere (specifically the TIG)

Personally I would have have rather had the money back...

I'm not sure if you have resolved your problem with the Vutrix  
monitor, but I had the misfortune to purchase the same monitor (37")  
from a reseller, and encountered exactly the same problems (Streaking,  
burn, etc etc). Also I sent the monitor back (after much trouble) and  
the monitor I received back was equally bad... And I am based in  
London... Please let me know if you resolved your problem...
