[Tig] hosting question, with combinant participation

As some may know and some may not, the TIG experienced some outages
last week due to the fires in Santa Barbara CA.

I am researching opportunities for the following:

1) uptime of almost 100%
2) bandwidth of greater measure than now *see below note1
3) backup of files and databases to be carried out at least weekly;
can be adminstered by TIG admin (me) given enough net speed
(no essential need for second backup host)
3.5) DNS history of at least 4 years for the particular domain under
which the subdomains (to be named) will be hosted
4) a history and projection of reliability, in that the provenance
(company)
be one that will continue for the future
5) streaming: services to be offered for video streaming of colorist
reels.
this does not involve a great surge in bandwidth, but does
require a
certain initial shelving minimum and understanding.
5.5) CentOS or SunOS latest
6) root/sudo access for the adminstrator (me)

The candidate for participation with the TIG would receive the
following benefits:

1) co-sponsorship, to the level of a partner, in branding on the TIG
Wiki, Forums, Calendars, Mailinglist. All to be done in good
taste
as determined by the TIG admin.
2) continuing association with the TIG, such that co-branding will
bring
up to 100 thousand hits per year.
3) conforming to TIG policy, no advertant presence other than the co-
sponsorship, and professional association that can be propagated
by
the usual and conventional TIG avenues.

*note1: to allow periodic (not heavy by any means) streaming of colorist
      reels

Please respond personally, this is something not for the TIG at
large, thank you very much.
