[Tig] forums- advisory.

just to let everyone know, of the new concatenation of the TIG site  
and forms. etc.

there are questions waiting to be answered, by the vendors./mnfrs  
involved, at the TIG forums "general" forum,

and to be clear about this for all tig subscribers, these forums are  
much less restrictive than the TIG mailinglist, in terms of  
manufacturer postings.

any questions as always rob at colorist.org

and, we have, in the TIG forums, a more free-form discussion on  
slightly OT topics., like TIG-astronomy and TIG-radio.

I think these forums (fora to be exact in greek) will prove to be  
valuable.
