[Tig] OT-CRT Monitor longevity

Almost always capacitors that "dry out" are the cause of failure
IMHO. Would buy into the theory that leaving the monitor on (if on
for 8 - 12 hours a work day) contributes to longer life. Would feed
black to the monitor when not in use. I remember the first "D1"
Barco's (1992) would blow the high voltage circuit if you didn't feed
them a source - man I'm old.
