[Tig] digital intermediates, take 2

Hi all,
Looks like I'm going to be revising my book on digital intermediates in the
next month.
So to those of you who've read it, what did you like/didn't you like? I plan
to slim the thing down a bit, modernize it a little bit, and do it in full
colour (if I can convince Focal Press that it would benefit). I can tell you
this, judging from the feedback so far, it looks like it will be slightly
less technical this time round (after all, technology makes everything
easier, doesn't it).

And for those of you who haven't read it (yet), what would you like to see
in a book about the digital intermediate process?
