you and a few others have reacted positively to this perturbation of  
session climate as pertains to colorist physiognomy.  There is a  
better word - cervicalgia.  related to neuralgia, lumbago,  
spondylosis, stenosis, and a few other esoteric myoplastic terms.  I  
vouch highly for physical therapy and sessions in sensory deprivation  
tanks, or at least the use of same after sessions.
