[Tig] new logo (funny-weird)

so I built this new logo for the TIG based on a color wheel developed  
by Boutet in 1708.  sort of a 300th anniversary tribute.

It's interesting how I want to rotate the wheel some 90 degrees  
counter-clockwise, to match the traditional representation of RGB on a  
vectorscope.  Yet the Boutet version has a certain freshness, in its  
circular position,  that seems to open the imagination.
