[Tig] cinepaint binary available OSX/Intel

thanks to Tom Huffman and the CinePaint development team (of which I  
unwittingly became a member) there is a binary available for OS X  
macintel at:

you must have Xcode3 tools installed, as it still relies on Apple's X11.

I've been working with it and am happy to report no problems.   This  
is a fork of the open source The Gimp but in 16 bit color depth.
