[Tig] Arri D20 48/50/60fps

Good evening gentlemen/women,

I am looking for some user experience with recording frame rates higher than 30fps on the Arri D20 with a SRW-1.
Its my understanding that at speeds above 30 the camera will output 4:2:2 dual link alternating frames between o/p 1 and 2 which would then be recorded onto a SRW-1 running in dual link.
I have both manuals with me and it seems straight forward, my concern is then playing this material back in 48/50/60fps on my studio deck into Davinci.  What process is used to reconstruct the camera's output into a single HD4:2:2 stream that I can do a test grade on.
