[Tig] best way convert 24p to PAL

Of course, Shake's retiming, built on the infamous Cinespeed code has  
been known to generate rather good results.  The file-in nodes  
actually have a conversion section where you can select the input and  
destination frame rates and image sizes for what essentially amounts  
to single node standards conversion.  Be aware it will be a time  
intensive process.  Given that a single Shake license costs next to  
nothing compared to a Flame or even a copy of Furnace (and distributed  
rendering on other Apple machines is free) it might be a smarter  
investment.

Disclaimer:  I work for FilmLight and used Shake once or twice in a  
former life.
