The Shake Optical Flow retiming works up to a point, but can leave
some horrendous artifacts. Phase Correlation conversion is the
answer, and you're going to want to find someone with an Alchemist HD
for that kind of processing. Of course, I don't work for S&W, but
they hardly need my endorsement anyway.
Of course, speeding up will produce the best results.
