Hello fine folks of the TIG! Long time lurker, rare poster here.

Mid-July this summer will very likely find me traveling to Israel for a
video job that won't take very much of my available time. I'd love to
visit a post house over there if possible, Tel Aviv preferably, since I'll
probably need a place to edit as I go along shooting this project. As
well, it appears that I may have more than one international client
forthcoming and would need to know quite a bit more of current overseas
standards and practices. It says PAL B/G as the standard there and I
admit I don't know what the B/G part is. Of course, I just heard of this
job and it starts pretty quick, so I'd love a bit of advice.

Of course, as a Colorist with 12+ years of experience I'd love to find
some freelance work to fill in the downtime I'll have out there. It's
been some time since I've done telecine due to my move to the backwoods of
Michigan. I miss wholeheartedly it but don't regret the decision since I
am with my family, except on payday. Winters too, I admit.

da Vinci 2K & 2K+, Spirit,, Ursa Golds, Evertz, AATON, all tape machines
in NTSC, etc. is within my experience and I can learn most anything else
quickly. Short or long form work.

Resume' available on request, of course.

Sincerely,

Mellissa
