[Tig] uneven 5242 stock for ARRILaser magazine

I have heard from someone who did a lot of this rewind thing for neg, the
static electronic will cause exposal on the film.
But how could this happen? it is so strange, The new stock in the can, it
should be tight and flat, except someone take it out and rewind it. Or a
very intensive shake on the stock.
