[Tig] uneven 5242 stock for ARRILaser magazine

You need to ground your rewinds in that case, I spool allot of camera  
stock down to 100' reels for my Eyemo timelapse shots and have not had  
a problem... much of that film is either 500t or 250D which would show  
static burns.
