[Tig] Portable Light Panel color temperature

What is the best light temperature for us to choose for a portable light panel, we want to take it as a reference for what our prints looks like. Should it be 5000k or 6500k? Which is best?
My consideration is, the temperature of our film projectors here in China is around 4500K, but there should be a different when I watch the reflection from a screen or watch the print directly when the light panel is set behind.
